But Elise at Bromley branch was excellent in dealing with any issues and I have now recommended them to our friends and relatives as well.

My return package recently got lost in the post and they did not hesitate to refund. My only issue is that I can be unsure on sizing, seems to vary quite a bit between items so I always have to order in two sizes. But as it's so easy to return, this isn't too big a deal.
